01 Eligibility & Accounts

To use Payza.pro, you must be at least 18 years old. When registering, you must provide accurate and complete data. You are solely responsible for all activities performed under your account.

IP Restriction: Only 1 account per user/IP address is allowed. Multiple accounts detected from the same origin will result in a permanent and non-negotiable suspension.

02 Profit System & Financial Terms

The profit percentages and structures on our platform are dynamic and may be updated based on market volatility.

Payza.pro reserves the right to change profit ratios or business policies at any time without prior notice.
No Legal Dispute: By using this platform, you agree that you cannot legally dispute or challenge profit changes or business policies in any court of law or legal forum.

03 Withdrawal Protocol

To ensure system liquidity and fair usage, the following withdrawal constraints are active:

Frequency Limits

Max 1 withdrawal per day.
Max 2 withdrawals per week.

Method Ownership

Withdrawals must be sent to payment accounts (e.g. Binance) registered in your own name. Third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

04 Fraud & Early Termination

Early Investment Termination

If you choose to end an active investment before its maturity date, a 15% deduction fee will be applied to the principal amount automatically.

Suspected fraud, fake referrals, or fake KYC documents will result in immediate account termination. Pending balances will be withheld permanently. Our decision in such matters is final.

05 Limitation of Liability

Payza.pro is not liable for data loss or profit discrepancies caused by technical service interruptions from third-party providers or extreme market volatility. All investments are subject to risk.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by internal business protocols. Any disputes shall be resolved internally and shall NOT be brought before any court of law.
