01 Eligibility & Accounts

To use Smartbottrade.com, you must be at least 18 years old. When registering, you must provide accurate and complete data. You are solely responsible for all activities performed under your account.

IP Restriction: Only 1 account per user/IP address is allowed. Multiple accounts detected from the same origin will result in a permanent and non-negotiable suspension.

02 Bot Activation, Profit & Loss Risk

Our platform utilizes automated trading bots. Please strictly note the following financial conditions before participating:

Deposit & Activation Rule

The deposited amount must meet the required minimum threshold for the specific bot. If the amount is lower than the required minimum, the bot will NOT activate. Trading with insufficient funds can lead to complete capital loss.

Market Dependency: All profits and losses are entirely dependent on live market conditions. The platform does not guarantee fixed returns.
No Legal Dispute: By using this platform, you agree that you cannot legally dispute, claim, or challenge any profit loss, bot performance, or business policy in any court of law or legal forum globally.

03 Withdrawal Protocol

To ensure system liquidity and fair usage, the following withdrawal constraints are active:

Frequency Limits

Max 1 withdrawal per day.
Max 2 withdrawals per week.

Method Ownership

Withdrawals must be sent to payment accounts (e.g. Binance) registered in your own name. Third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

04 Fraud, Illegal Actions & Termination

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against any form of exploitation or illegal activity.

Account Deletion: Any involvement in illegal activities, hacking attempts, fake referrals, or violation of these terms will result in immediate and permanent account deletion without any refund.
Pending balances and active bots will be withheld permanently. Our decision in such matters is final.

Early Investment Termination

If you choose to end an active investment before its maturity date, a 15% deduction fee will be applied to the principal amount automatically.

05 Limitation of Liability

Payza.pro is not liable for data loss or profit discrepancies caused by technical service interruptions from third-party providers or extreme market volatility. All investments are subject to risk.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by internal business protocols. Any disputes shall be resolved internally and shall NOT be brought before any court of law.
